When you enroll in a masterclass or workshop, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, country, professional details (such as affiliation, profession, and designation), any address details you choose to provide, and how you heard about the program.

We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location, pages visited, and security logs through our hosting and analytics providers.

How We Use Information

We use contact form details to respond to enquiries about courses, research collaborations, devices, careers, and partnerships.

We use newsletter signup details to send relevant updates about research, courses, publications, events, and company news.

We use masterclass enrollment details to process your registration, send joining instructions such as Zoom links, deliver course materials, issue certificates of completion, and share updates related to the program you registered for.

We use website analytics and security logs to understand site performance, improve content, and protect the website.

Masterclass and Workshop Enrollment

Enrollment records are stored in a managed database (Supabase) with Row Level Security enabled and no public access. Only authorized DRG-I staff running the program can view or update this data.

We do not collect or store payment card, UPI, or bank details on this website. Payment is handled by Razorpay, and only the resulting payment status and amount are recorded against your registration.

Enrollment status (for example, registered, Zoom link sent, attended, or certificate issued) is tracked so our team can manage the workshop and issue certificates accurately.

Service Providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact, newsletter, and enrollment submissions are processed through Cloudflare Pages Functions.

Contact and newsletter messages are delivered through an email delivery provider. Masterclass enrollment records are stored through Supabase, a database provider. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway.

These providers process data only as needed to operate the website, deliver messages, store enrollment records, protect the service, and maintain reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect the website and our users.

Retention

We keep enquiry and newsletter information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was submitted, unless a longer period is required for legal, operational, or legitimate business reasons.

We keep masterclass enrollment records for the duration of the program and for a reasonable period afterward to support certificate verification, alumni communication, and legal or accounting requirements, after which the record may be deleted or anonymized on request.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or remove information you submitted through the contact form, newsletter signup, or a masterclass enrollment form. Newsletter emails will include a way to unsubscribe when we begin sending regular newsletters.

For privacy requests, use the contact form and mention that your request is privacy-related.

We may update this policy as the website, courses, research publishing, and CMS integrations evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page.
